If you wish to become an SMRT member to receive the member discount on your meeting registration, please follow these instructions carefully:
- If you have been a member in the past, log in here and either pay your 2018 dues or apply for 2018 membership. Do not create a new profile.
- If you have never been an SMRT member, please create a new profile here and then apply for membership.
- Once your 2018 membership is approved and you have received your welcome letter, you may then register for the meeting at the member rate.

Registration Information & FAQs
Group Registrations: Each member of a group must be registered individually. There is no discount for group registrations.
Receipts: Receipts will be emailed to pre-registered attendees.
Do You Need a Visa? Please click here for more information about applying for a visa. Visa applicants are advised to apply at least 3 to 4 months in advance of a trip.
Do You Need an Invitation Letter? Be sure to select the invitation letter option when you register.
Meeting Materials: Your badge and materials will be available at the pre-registration desk onsite in Paris. No meeting materials will be mailed.
The Annual Meeting registration entitles 3-day, 4-day and 7-day registrants to online access to the Proceedings of the meeting and admission to the Technical Exhibition. In addition, advance registrants for the Annual Meeting will have access to the Proceedings and Syllabus two weeks before the meeting via the SMRT website. More information on this will be sent to the registrants in June 2018.
Admission to all sessions and the exhibition hall is restricted to individuals wearing official meeting name badges. Please wear your name badge at all times.
Children under 16 are not allowed in any meeting sessions or evening events! No exceptions! Childcare will not be provided by the SMRT, ISMRM, or ESMRMB. Parents will need to make arrangements on their own. Please click here for Resources for Families.
Member discount: Members in good standing of the SMRT, ISMRM, or ESMRMB may register for the 27th Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the SMRT, ISMRM, or ESMRMB, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate! See the light blue box above for more information.

Refunds & Cancellations:
- All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by 15 May 2018.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- There will be no refunds after the 15 May 2018 deadline.
- Registrations are not transferable. No attendee may substitute for another.
- Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
