Accommodation Information
A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of meeting delegates at several hotels near the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. To secure the meeting accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process. The booking deadline is Friday 9 October 2026.
Payment for Accommodation
Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the hotel. A wide range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment, based on your accommodation venue. Please ensure you are familiar with your hotel’s payment policy and cancellation policy (outlined below).
Arrival Time
Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released.

There are parking facilities at 522 Flinders Lane. When you arrive, just drive in and grab a ticket- park anywhere that doesn’t have a reserved sign! Parking will be $35 for every 24 hours (or per exit within 24 hours) paid at reception at the end of your stay. Please note that Sunday-Thursday, this parking facility closes at 10pm.

Deluxe Rooms at Pan Pacific Melbourne offer around 38 m² of contemporary space with a choice of king or twin beds. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Port Phillip Bay, a work desk, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a spacious ensuite with both a separate bathtub and walk-in shower, creating a comfortable and stylish stay.

Parking is available in several of the public car parks operated by Wilson Parking, surrounding the Pan Pacific Melbourne. The closest is South Wharf Retail. Discounted car parking rates of $50 (per 24 hours/unlimited exits and entries based on 24 hours) are available with a hotel validated parking ticket and guests paying directly with reception or charge back to master account. Valet Parking is available at $75 per car, per day.

Payment
Guests cards are charged full amount on card provided 30 days prior to arrival. Major credit cards are acceptable and are subject to a merchant fee of 1.25% on Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Cancellation policy
Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, Pan Pacific Melbourne must be notified 31 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge.
Should a guest fail to arrive at Pan Pacific Melbourne or if a room is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date (4pm) the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.
Early departures or shortened stays are treated as cancelled room nights. Cancellation penalties will apply for each night cancelled as outlined above.
