Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 17 September 2026. Exhibitors should refer to the exhibition manual for their registration details and entitlements.

Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees. Accommodation can be booked as part of the registration process. Please click the Accommodation information tab above for further information.

Full member or non-member registration fees include:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Morning and afternoon teas and lunch each day
  • Gala reception ticket

Day registration fees include:

  • Access to all sessions on the nominated day of attendance (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Morning and afternoon teas and lunch for that day

Registration Confirmation

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please first check your spam folder and then contact Expert Events.

Payment

All Payments must be in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment may be made by:

  • Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card Statement.
  • Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be advised on your tac invoice. Please forward remittance advice to: ismrtanz@expertevents.com.au

Gala Reception

After a full day of meeting sessions, all delegates are welcome to come together for our Gala Reception, an evening designed for connection, conversation, and a touch of indulgence. This vibrant stand-up cocktail event features a delicious selection of canapés, flowing drinks, and lively entertainment, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and network with colleagues and friends.

A ticket to the Gala reception is included for delegates with a full registration. Additional tickets are available to purchase for day delegates, guests and family members for AU$155 per person.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the meeting organiser.

  • Registration cancellations received by 5pm (AEDT) on Friday 18 September 2026 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AU$150 (incl GST).
  • Registration cancellations received after 5pm (AEDT) on Friday 18 September 2026 but prior to 5pm (AEDT) on Friday 9 October 2026, will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid and 100% of any function tickets paid.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm (AEDT) on Friday 9 October 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the meeting organiser is advised in writing.
