Climate
Winter in Melbourne (June–August) is typically cool, with average temperatures ranging between 6 – 14°C. Visitors are encouraged to bring warm clothing, particularly for evenings.

If you require disability-specific facilities, please notify the Meeting Organisers by indicating this on your registration form. Accessible facilities are available throughout the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Dress
Smart casual / business attire is recommended for all meeting sessions and the Gala Reception.
Name badges
The wearing of identification badges is mandatory and will be required for admission to all sessions. These will be provided at the meeting registration desk upon arrival.
Insurance
Delegates are strongly advised to arrange appropriate medical, travel and personal insurance prior to travelling.
Internet access
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

Car Parking
Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) offer onsite parking for visitors, delegates and the public.
Wilson Parking offers flexible rates and secure underground parking at the Exhibition Centre.
It also has accessible parking with lift access up to Door 1, 6 and 10 in the Exhibition Centre.

Additional parking is available at South Wharf Retail car park, Siddeley St car park, Freeway car park or Montague Street car park.
Melbourne Airport
Melbourne Airport is located approximately 23 kilometres from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and services direct domestic and international flights daily.
