If you wish to become an ISMRM member to receive the member discount on your meeting registration, please follow these instructions carefully:
- Download and complete an ISMRM membership application, and send it in with your registration form (be sure to register as a member!).
Note: A completed membership application must accompany your registration form in order to ensure processing. Incomplete applications and/or registration forms will not be processed. Mail or fax all documents together (fax: +1.510.841.2340).
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Receipts: Receipts will be emailed to pre-registered attendees.
Traveling to Singapore: Please click here for more information about applying for a visa. Visa applicants are advised to apply at least 3 to 4 months in advance of a trip.
Meeting materials: Badges and materials will be available at the pre-registration desk onsite in Singapore. No meeting materials will be mailed.
The Annual Meeting registration entitles 5 and 7-day registrants to the Proceedings of the meeting on USB flash drive and admission to the Technical Exhibition. In addition, advance registrants for the Annual Meeting will have access to the Proceedings and Educational Syllabus two weeks before the meeting via the ISMRM website. Complete information on this will be sent to the registrants in May.
Admission to the Educational Programs, the Scientific Sessions, and the Technical Exhibition is restricted to individuals wearing name badges. Please wear your name badge at all times. Remember that children under 16 are not allowed in any meeting sessions or evening events (no exceptions)!
Member discount: Members in good standing of the ISMRM or SMRT may register for the 24th Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the ISMRM or SMRT, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate!
Onsite registration hours: To minimize long lines at our registration area, we encourage you to visit on Friday, 06 May 2016.

Refunds & Cancellations: To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by 13 April 2016. Your fee will be refunded, less a US$100 processing charge. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation after this date. NO ATTENDEE MAY SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
Attention Educational Stipend, Clinical Stipend and E.K. Zavoisky Applicants, PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly suggested that you NOT register for the ISMRM 24th Annual Meeting & Exhibition until you receive a notification of acceptance or non-acceptance of your abstract!
