Group Registrations:
Each member of a group must be registered individually. There is no discount for group registrations.
Meeting Materials:
For those attending the meeting in person in London, badges and other materials will be available at the registration area. Online (virtual) attendees will not receive any physical materials for this meeting.
The Joint Annual Meeting ISMRM-ESMRMB registration entitles registrants to either in-person or online access to the meeting (depending on registration type selected), the Proceedings of the meeting, and the Technical Exhibition. In addition, advance registrants for the Joint Annual Meeting will have access to the Proceedings two weeks before the meeting via the ISMRM website. More information on this will be sent to the registrants in April 2022.
Registration does NOT include accommodations or meals.
Refunds & Cancellations:
- All registration cancellation requests must be received via email only at registrar@ismrm.org by 06 April 2022.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- There will be no refunds after the above deadline.
- Registrations are not transferable. No attendee may substitute for another.
Member discount:
Members in good standing of the ISMRM or ISMRT may register for the Joint Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the ISMRM or ISMRT, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate. See the light blue box titled “Become a Member Today & Save” for more information.
Become a Member Today & Save
If you wish to become an ISMRM or ISMRT member to receive the member discount on your meeting registration, please follow these instructions carefully:
- If you have been a member in the past, log in here and either pay your 2022 dues or apply for 2022 membership. Do not create a new profile.
- If you have never been an ISMRM or ISMRT member, please create a new profile here and then apply for membership.
- Once your 2022 membership is approved and you have received your welcome letter, you may then register for the meeting at the member rate.
