Analyze This! Practicalities of fMRI and Diffusion Data Analysis

Announcing an education session at the Toronto ISMRM meeting to learn how to use various fMRI and diffusion data analysis packages. Experts in these packages will be demonstrating their use and answering questions. fMRI and diffusion datasets are being provided ahead of the Toronto ISMRM Meeting so that anyone interested in attending the Tuesday morning 10am education session (see http://ismrm.org/15/program_files/Tu03.htm) can start to play with some data before they come to the session. The fMRI analysis packages that will be showcased will be FSL, SPM and AFNI. The diffusion analysis packages that will be showcased will be FSL, Camino, MR Trix, Track Vis, and MRI Studio. ISMRM attendees are encouraged to play with some of the provided data using their favourite package ahead of the ISMRM meeting, and may even submit questions in advance of the meeting. To find out more about the packages and to obtain instructions on how to download the data and what to do with it, please click here.
